Pretty nice walking and bike trails we visited off the North Shore exit near the bike rental.
Each year for the past many years we come up and rent bikes during Memorial Day weekend. Staff is always nice. Bike selection is good too. Also, the bike trail is great. Hills, turns, and lots of nice scenery.
Best bike trail I've ever been on
Incompetent, rude staff. I would never waste my money here...put the money towards buying your own bikes and a bike rack. It took everything in my being to be a mature adult. An older lady with long, dark hair told me it was "Pennsylvania State Law" that they can't rent a child trailer for a child under 12 months. So, like the responsible adult I am, I took to google. Couldn't find a single thing about a minimum age. I go back and ask her to show me this law. She "can't show me". Apparently it's just their policy, but she was even unsure of these details. I'm SURE the trail is beautiful and perfect, the Spoke House Bike Rentals is not a place I would recommend to anyone.
This is a paved 7 mile trail that follows the contour of the north side of Lake Arthur in Moraine State Park. There is a bike rental if you don't bring a bike, and water fountains and bathrooms along the way. Be aware that there are some hills on this trail but there are as many "ups" as their are "downs". I think this is one of the best trails in Western PA for the scenery and quality.
